Yes. The eSIM runs as a second line, so your main number stays active for calls and SMS while data goes through the eSIM.

We accept Russian bank cards — T-Bank, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, VTB — and SBP transfers. If the eSIM never activated, we refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

To get your eSIM working on the first try, keep a few key points in mind:

• Activate the eSIM in the country/region you selected in your plan — the profile is tied to that destination's coverage.
• In the Russian region, activation may trigger an SMS to confirm sign-in via Gosuslugi, or require solving a captcha. A temporary hold of up to 24 hours is also possible — a Roskomnadzor requirement, after which the connection works.
• Turn off your VPN during activation and captcha — otherwise the check will fail.
• Enable roaming for this eSIM in your phone settings (Settings → Cellular → the eSIM → Data Roaming).
• Turn on Cellular Data for the eSIM line and select it for mobile internet.
• Don't delete the eSIM profile before it expires — the same QR code can't be reinstalled.
